JPUSA passed the registration audit to become ISO 9002 certified on April 5, 1999. Not only did we pass on our first attempt, but we passed without any findings, quite a feat for any company.

Certification and compliance with a strong quality system means that we can assure our customers 100% satisfaction. We believe this so strongly that in fact, our quality policy states, "We are committed to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing the highest level of quality service." And we mean it!
